Davidson International Group BV is a freight forwarding and logistics company registered in the Netherlands. We act as data controller for personal data processed in connection with our business activities.

- Business email address and telephone number
- Business postal address
- Shipment and cargo details necessary for the performance of our services
- Financial and invoicing information required for billing
- Communication records (emails, correspondence)
- Customs and import/export documentation as required by Dutch, EU and international law

- To provide air freight, ocean freight, road freight, customs clearance and logistics services
- To prepare and send quotations and invoices
- To communicate with you regarding shipments and services
- To comply with Dutch customs, tax and transport regulations
- To share with carriers, agents and partners strictly as required to execute your shipment
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract — to fulfil our obligations under service agreements
- Legal obligation — to comply with Dutch customs, tax and transport law
- Legitimate interests — to maintain business relationships and communicate with clients
5. Who We Share Data With
We may share personal data with airlines, shipping lines and handling agents; Dutch Customs (Douane); Open Sky Cargo SRL (Romania), our affiliated company; and professional advisors. We do not sell or trade personal data.
6. Data Retention
Financial and business records are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with Dutch accounting law.
